Our plans for a new community on a key Glasgow City Centre riverfront location.

Introduction

Welcome to our public consultation website for our plans to create a vibrant new community at this prominent riverside location, next to the Kingston Bridge, which has been derelict for a number of years.

Dandara Living is one of the UK’s leading developers and operators of residential Build to Rent homes, and our goal is to create great places to live within sustainable developments.

Our new planning application for high quality, energy efficient apartments for rent, will also include a new urban park, to benefit residents and the existing community, a large gym, a cycle servicing hub, residents lounge, communal kitchen, and co-working spaces. New Purpose Built Student Accommodation will also be brought forward as part of our proposal.

Sharing your views

Thank you to all that have provided us with feedback on our proposals so far. We have reviewed the results from our first round of consultation which ran from 31st January until 15th February.

Our second consultation will run from 23rd February until 9th March 2023 including a drop in event on 23rd February 2023, from 2pm-7pm at Central Quay, 89 Hydepark Street, Glasgow, G3 8BW. You can also view the updated consultation information on this website and submit your views via this survey .
