We want this to be an accessible and inclusive development which benefits the new and existing local community.

• “Designing out crime” by working with police, community leaders and local people on plans to make the area safer and more welcoming
• New urban park and green spaces to benefit well-being and the environment
• Exploring how to support organisations who are already addressing some of these needs
• Providing commercial space for economic regeneration

We are engaging local and citywide organisations with expertise and experience in these areas to understand what we can do to help address these needs.
