• Work has progressed well, with several milestones achieved on site. The main roof is complete and fully waterproofed, with walkways and roof planting now in place. Externally, windows and brickwork are finished, so cladding installation has begun and scaffolding is coming down by section.
• We continue our valued partnership with The Clutha Trust. Their arts programmes and outreach initiatives help disadvantaged young people and vulnerable residents find purpose, joy and creative expression.

• We’re pleased to share that construction is progressing well, with a major milestone reached as the concrete frame is now complete.
• Work on the external façade and roof is progressing well, with the structural framing system (SFS) up to level 6.
• Over two site visits, students had the opportunity to see a live residential development in action and learn about sustainable construction methods, health and safety, and on-site operations.

• We are pleased to report that despite the challenging weather conditions, we are making good progress on the concrete frame with the third and final core now well underway.
• City Wharf recently underwent its first Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) Audit, and are delighted to have received a rating of ‘Excellent’.

• The foundations are almost complete and on programme, with the piling in place and the ground beams nearing completion.
• Two of the concrete cores are now visible from the surrounding area, and the third and final core will be going up within the next few weeks.
• We are pleased to be partnering with Community Wood Recycling, who will reuse timber from the site to carry out charitable projects within the local community.
• We are also proud to be supporting the Clutha Trust with their festive season activities.

• When completed in August 2026, Phase I will provide 491 new student beds accommodation, cycle spaces, car parking, residents' lounge, homeworking / study spaces and recreational areas with extensive planting and landscaping.
• Pre-construction and enabling works are currently underway and we anticipate that the piling works will begin this summer.
